I was invited back by the manager so that they could make good on our previous visit. Our service was noticeably improved and our suggestions for improvements were well taken. The food was decent again and I respect the gesture to make things right. I would return again. I would suggest anyone coming to try the seared tuna sandwich - it is tasty.

We had fish tacos. Best I've ever had. Great pico, crisp fish, bursting with flavor and great service. I was most impressed with our greeter, Asia who went out of her way to find us a table to our liking and fit our needs and preferences. She was wonderful and truly understands serving the public. Wow!! Phenomenal food and service. Everyone of one of us at our table thought the food was fantastic--especially those pesto potatoes!! The interior of this place is also quite charming and industrial looking. Will definitely be coming back soon.

It's patio season. What better place to grab a burger and a brewski than Local, featuring their hefty patio and close proximity to kits beach?! Servers were very attentive. Super cool. I got the local burger and I think it wins my top burger award. I forgot what was inside but it was fresh and seasoned so well. I was not in flavor town, I was in flavor capital. The place was pretty busy. Seemed bumpin. Service was okay. Ordered the taco salad. They only had beef as an option which was odd as you'd think they'd have other options like chicken so I asked for chicken instead and they charged me extra? Why? I never took the beef lol! The portion was small and although it came with sour cream and salsa I'm not joking it literally wasn't more than 1/4 teaspoon. Nice outdoor area but food was overpriced and very basic. Loaded nachos for $20 was basically corn chips and **update: Upon returning I see that the nachos have been updated and better suit the price tag.

Their Local Fried Chicken is the best I ever had! The chicken is very tender and it's perfectly spicy and sweet. I went to a lot of high-end restaurants in Vancouver during my trip but this by far was my favorite restaurant.

Perfectly fine place. Kind of like a step up from an Applebee's, with a classier atmosphere but ostensibly more sanitary kitchen practices. They had a lot of different games going on a number of screens and the servers were all very prompt and friendly.

Quite the beautiful day it turned out to be...was keen for an outdoor work sesh. One of their Managers, I believe her name is Kim...she was absolutely amazing and so accommodating to my needs! Service was excellent, wine was delicious and affordable...not to mention the patio view. Great day at Local...thanks to their awesome team! Plan on going back for sure.
