I believe in short review, so: 1- The location couldn't be better. 2- Drinks quality are average. 3- Foods look fancy by the price but the taste is below average. 4- Always too much salty foods. 5- I always go back not because of LOCAL but because of the Kits.

Update on my recent visit. Local has new menus and they aren't paper yay!! Actually the menu has changed as well, but mostly things just got more expensive. Mystery wine is now $5.50. I can't drink the cheap wine anymore anyhow, so it doesn't phase me. I do appreciate the upgrades in the wine list. Improvements fo sure! The food here is actually really good. Ate here the other day with my cousins and we had some good grub. The kids chicken fingers n fries were the bomb. It's across the street from the beach and it's on a really busy corner. It's always packed especially on the weekends.

Went back the next night and it did not disappoint! There was such a great vibe. DJ playing excellent, hip music and the food.... the food hit the mark! Clam chowder was perfect, the edamame is what brought us back and our waitress was friendly and attentive. Loved our visit tonight.

We came in for a late lunch today and were very pleased . Everyone in my party cleaned their plates, we ordered some fish tacos, yam fries , clam soup , hot wings and burgers. Everything came out fresh and hot. Even better than the food was the service! Hannah was our server and she checked in on us making sure our drinks were filled and all were happy with their food . Overall a very good experience would be happy to return

This place warms my heart. So many fond memories and it's right by the beach. The patio fills up quick but inside usually isn't too long a wait. The tacos are so damn good. The right amount of kick or heat to add to it. The fries are mostly crunchy and thin. The ceaser side salad was also a real treat. The chips and salsa you can get a refill of chips for free. Their salsa is A+.

We had just gotten into town from California and wanted to watch the NBA Finals game but had no idea where to go. I'm so glad we went to Local! I was a little worried that we were showing up at 4pm on a Sunday and thought nobody would be there. It was packed! This is exactly the kind of place I'd want to meet up with friends on a Sunday for brunch and cocktails. We were seated immediately and service was friendly and timely. This place is underrated and definitely deserves 5 stars. Staff is friendly and service is good. We were constantly being checked up on to ensure we were enjoying our meal. Ordered a fish taco and a fish and chip. Fish tacos were awesome. Fried so that it's cripsy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Same situation with the fish and chip. There can be a bit of a wait on sunny days but definitely worth the try!
