The worst rental company I have ever had to deal with. I wouldn't refer anyone to them. They will threaten to evict you for your dog even if you paid the pet deposit and signed the paperwork. They will also over charge you on the electricity bill and will ignore just about all your phone calls until you get mad enough for them to respond.
Business response:
Hello Morgan, we are sad to see that you feel these issues remain unresolved after our meeting last week. We at Location Rentals always strive to address all of our tenant's needs. Feel free to reach out to us if there is anything that we can assist with further.
Very unprofessional company. I would not recommend anyone to rent from this company. Does not even deserve one star.
Dont go here if you have a dog
