Miles, we try to be very transparent with our application process. While the fee is non-refundable, it is transferable, and valid for 90 days. We would love to help you find another property that suits your needs, if the house you originally applied for is currently unavailable.
If you are trying to find a good place to live smoothly and quickly do not inquire here! I had the worst experience. I started off with a realtor who got me in to see the properties I was interested in and proceeded to apply for and then was never got back into contact with. I reached out to her several times and then several days later was contacted by someone else, saying she wasn’t feeling well but we were declined due to “financial reasons” when my husband and I made more than 3X rent. ....Have same expectations for all homeowner contracts Treat tenants with respect, regardless of relationship with the home owner. The property I was interested in was in poor and unsafe conditions at move in inspection, and I hope that they have done work to it bc it has potential. Location we rented was not up to living conditions. The owner they are renting it for didn’t want anything done to the home. But yet there were holes and damages everywhere. Why they thought someone would like to live like trash is beyond me! If repairs were made before for hand it would have been a beautiful home. And sadly they were things we didn’t notice in our walk through or we wouldn’t have gone with this selection.
It appears many others had a positive experience with Location Rentals. I sent multiple inquiries online regarding properties and never once received a response.
The worst rental company I have ever had to deal with. I wouldn't refer anyone to them. They will threaten to evict you for your dog even if you paid the pet deposit and signed the paperwork. They will also over charge you on the electricity bill and will ignore just about all your phone calls until you get mad enough for them to respond.
