RecommendedGreat and easy to get a new place to live!
RecommendedWe have absolutely loved our new home! If we have a problem it gets fix right away! And the stuff is wonderful!! I give them two 👍🏼👍🏼!!
They are very friendly and helpful every step of the way. From going with you to see the houses to the maintance. Made moving to a new town less stressful:
RecommendedWe have been extremely impressed with how Justin Backus manages and markets our portfolio. After moving our portfolio to Location Rentals from another PM, we could not be any happier - we definitely made the right decision. Location Rentals uses technology which makes it easy for out-of-town owners to stay up to date with statuses of the properties, disbursements, and contributions.
RecommendedI just love them... no matter the time or day if something is wrong they fix it asap... I have had friends who have waited weeks or even months before their landlord fixes a item... I am beyond grateful that I rent from them!!! and mad love to my property manager who works with me on everything and is awesome!!!!
Thank you for your help
