I was previously using another PM company that ended up merging with Location Rentals. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Location Rentals since the merge. I would definitely recommend using them.

5 Stars- Thorough and dependable
The team does a great job of marketing, screening and signing up tenants. Their extensive use of digital documentation is good for out-of-towners to keep tabs with their portfolios. Also, their team of PM are both responsive to tenants' needs/issues, and vigilant in taking care of owners' issues.
RecommendedWe used Buzzy for a truly passive investment. We have been very pleased with his assistance during the purchase and remodel process and was able to secure a qualified renter within 3 months of closing on our home. He's great to work with and we look forward to doing more business with him in the future.
I have both Buzzy and Mike managing properties for me and they do an excellent job. Hard workers and make owning properties much easier.
