I highly recommend Location Rentals for all of your property management needs. Wayne, Susan, and their team continue to provide professional and excellent customer service managing our rental home.
Enjoyed the stay. Walking distance to the beach. Pool was a little crowded when sharing with other tenants. Overall would stay again.
I was previously using another PM company that ended up merging with Location Rentals. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Location Rentals since the merge. I would definitely recommend using them.
They do a great job for me and are very responsive when I need assistance with an issue m.
5 Stars- Thorough and dependable
The team does a great job of marketing, screening and signing up tenants. Their extensive use of digital documentation is good for out-of-towners to keep tabs with their portfolios. Also, their team of PM are both responsive to tenants' needs/issues, and vigilant in taking care of owners' issues.
RecommendedWe used Buzzy for a truly passive investment. We have been very pleased with his assistance during the purchase and remodel process and was able to secure a qualified renter within 3 months of closing on our home. He's great to work with and we look forward to doing more business with him in the future.
