We’ve only been with them a couple of months but any issues that come up they are quick to respond and take care of any problems! Buzzy specifically is always friendly and helpful.

Loved having Location Rentals as a landlord!! Buzzy always took care of us and was really easy to get in contact with. Worst rental experience of my life. 6months into a year lease, we were pressured to renew our contract. Once the property hit the market, we were contacted daily for viewings. After having the house cleaned and carpets shampooed, our deposit was “nickeled and dimed” ($50 lightbulbs?). If any maintenance can be linked to you - prepare to pay the bill. No walk thru at termination leaving all speculation to their own reason. Good luck!
