Loved having Location Rentals as a landlord!! Buzzy always took care of us and was really easy to get in contact with. Part of our fence blew down one day when there was 60 mph winds, and Buzzy had someone at our house fixing it within 10 minutes of me calling him. I HIGHLY recommend renting from Location Rentals, and I always tell my friends and family to use them. Worst rental experience of my life. 6months into a year lease, we were pressured to renew our contract. Once the property hit the market, we were contacted daily for viewings. After having the house cleaned and carpets shampooed, our deposit was “nickeled and dimed” ($50 lightbulbs?). If any maintenance can be linked to you - prepare to pay the bill. No walk thru at termination leaving all speculation to their own reason. Good luck!

THIS COMPANY IS SHIT AND WILL KEEP GIVEING YOU THE RUN AROUND. I KEEP GETTIN DIFFRENT EXCUSES ON WHY I CANT BE APPROVED. THE LAST EXCUSE I KNEW WAS FULL OF SHIT BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME I OWED MONEY TO ANOTHER PROPERTY NOT KNOWIN I HAVE A LEGIT TENANT TRACKER REPORT THAT SAYS I DONT OWE A THING. The property I'm renting was sold back on October 15th and because of that my October rent was discredited leaving an owed balance. I went in on November 3rd to make arrangements and also put in a maintenance work order for partial electrical outage but because a balance was owed it was ignored. So for a whole month I've been without electricity in part of the unit. Went through a cold front during Thanksgiving weekend without electricity having to close off part of the house to keep warm. Mariah was awful. She was rude from the get go. Would never do business with them or her again. I will be telling everyone I know not to use this company. I do appreciate the broker trying to make things right but I hate how I was treated. Maybe she shouldn’t be in customer relations

This company gave me horrible service, the owner was rude, unauthorized charges above $600 that I was unaware of until I seen my statement, horrible accounting system that sends payments late and account statements even later, and then they charged me a hefty fee to get out of management from them. As an out of town investor, I do not recommend.

Our amazing landlords transferred the end of our lease to this company. We had nothing but problems for the last 2 months of our 3 year lease. We had been excellent tenants, no problems, our landlord was always very prompt and helpful. This group will nickel and dime the crap out of any tenant. We asked them to send someone to make sure we installed a new thermostat correctly (we removed our nest we had bought & installed) as it was during the winter freeze and we wanted to make sure it was correct. Very disappointed in the entire process of using Location Rentals and their services. Every time a request was made for much needed repairs to the unit were delayed and in the minimal issues they did decide to address, the quality was poor. Some requests for basic needs were NEVER filled. Communication with them is difficult and frustrating. They took the entire deposit over issues that were present in the unit upon moving in (which were initially documented per their request by us.).
