They did a great job. Started before sunup and finished around 4pm the same day, including picking up nails and debris.I selected this company because of its reputation and I wanted to have piece of mind when dealing with what I consider a large sum of money. They do not ask for money up front and bill you a few weeks after the job is done and the roof is inspected by the city. They also work with your insurance company on any changes in prices.

They say good things come to those who wait. I'm happy I waited for Lon Smith Roofing. My roof was damaged by the hail storms on March 23rd. Garrett Seals came by to inspect my property and scheduled the repairs. The materials were delivered on the the day promised and the crew showed up the following day. They stripped the shingles, re-decked the house, and shingled the house in one day. If it wasn't for the new roof I couldn't tell anyone had been there. They did an outstanding job from the salesman Garrett to the crew that installed the roof. They were very punctual and completed the job the in one day. The did a great job I cleaning up the debris and hauled it off. We couldn't be happier and would recommend them! If you need a new roof, call them! I promise you won't be disappointed. Overall went very well. Materials hit a glitch as they were not delivered until mid-morning on the day of the job. Materials were initaly scheduled for the day prior, but they had a miscommunication with the supplier. I informed the crew chief that the stove vent cover delivered was damaged. He immediately went out and got it replaced. Roofers did run out of shingles on the second day, but the crew chief went out and restocked within 2 hours.
