We had our residential roof replaced by Lon Smith roofing. From the first visit Mr. Jonathan Parish was very professional and informative. We received confirmation on what to expect on delivery of materials and when to expect workers. The roof was completed and we are very satisfied. We would recommend Lon Smith to other homeowners..

They explained everything and answered all my questions. They did have to come out a second time because it was still leaking in the bathroom. When i called them they came out immediately and fixed it. They were punctual, polite and had great customer service.

I was very impressed with the work and professionalism of your team. Charles Hill was our salesman, and he was very thorough in helping us with the new roof. We had a lot of questions, and he took the time to explain everything to us. He even met with our insurance companies adjuster and established a great rapport from the beginning. My family owned Snell Florist years ago and they were customers of ours. The workers would come and order flowers. Many were friends. We always told friends and customers to call them for roofing. I also had a house in 1995 roofed on 5108 Chaperito Trail in Arlington that they roofed. Many of my friends used them I found out aafter the last hail storms.

Great job on Chase P and Mr. Angel . both were professional and great. have no complaints. i picked this company over 3 others that were in my opinion trying to hustle me or my insurance company. i hope lon smith keep hiring people like Mr. chase and Angel . thank you soooooo much !!!!

Lon Smith provided quality service to us during the entire process. From the initial inspection and estimate, through the roof replacement, and in follow up everything about the process was professional and clearly communicated. This is the second time in owning our home that Lon Smith has done a tremendous job.

We had hail damage in May 2016. We called Lon Smith for a quote they came and quoted us and when the work began the roofers were on time and completed the project in a timely manner. I would definitely use Lon Smith Roofing again.
