Everything went quite well. My rep followed up on all of my issues and concerns and even repaired at no cost some damage that was caused by my gutter company after the roofing job was complete. They had done some major repair work to my roof a couple of years ago following another contractor who had botched the job and caused extensive leaking. That is the reason I was only interested in having LSR perform the complete reroof after the hailstorm.

Rep, Shawn Michael was fantastic. Worked with us and our insurance carrier through the entire process. Quality work was done in a timely fashion. This our second time to use Lon Smith and would highly recommend them.

Lon Smith Roofing was excellent in the whole process, from the person who inspected the roof and gave me an estimate, to the crew that did the job, to the person who inspected the job when it was completed. One minor task that should have been included in the work order was omitted, but the job supervisor accepted my word for it and did it without question.

Everything was amazing from the estimator, Lee Bailiff, roofers, etc. Lee was very patient and explained everything as many times as needed and went beyond what is expected. Everyone was prompt and professional. The installation and cleanup was impeccable. I had a couple of things that needed finished and they were quick to respond. I absolutely love my new roof. Lon Smith performed very well. They were very open, honest and punctual with the times they said they were going to finalize the estimate, drop off the materials, perform the work. Clean-up around the house was great. There was very little debris left over. I have had the roof for longer than a month now and I have only found one loose nail on the ground. It went well. Everyone was very professional. The whole process from start to finish took 2 months. The contract date was 10/4/2016 and the gutters were just done on 12/5/2016. Again that was for a new roof, attic vent fan, and gutter replacement on a single story 1400 sq ft duplex.

I met Lon Smith Roofing when they did a re-roofing for me after the 1996 hail storm. It took Lon Smith talking to my insurance company to make it happen as I was first turned down. Now this spring we had 3 hail storms and once again, I was hunted down by many roofers. I called one of them put in a clam and my insurance company denied it.
