We had hail damage on the roof and Lon Smith was recommended by a family member that is also a general contractor. The process was painless and everybody was straight forward and trustworthy. The job was completed in one day and it looks excellent!

Our initial contact was great. The original estimator was friendly and his quote was the most competitive we had seen. That was in April. When we were ready to move forward with replacing the roof in August, they said they would have to come out and do another estimate. Paul was extremely friendly and thorough. His quote was $1800 more than our previous quote. This was a smooth transaction all around........the salesman was friendly & professional & the roof was torn off & replaced in a timely manner. They had to remove my satellite dish, vents etc. & replace when finished when roof was finished; my yard was cleaned up before they left, too. I have no complaints at all & would recommend to anyone needing a roof.

Lon Smith did a great job! Everyone we worked with from the salesman, inspector, office staff were professional, helpful and kind. Their workmanship was top notch. Our new roof looks great. An added plus... they upgraded our roof to a 40 year shingle at no cost to us!

This is our second time using Lon Smith Roofing to completely replace our roof due to hail damage. They were great last time and even came back a couple years later when we had a small leak which they fixed at no cost. We had the same salesman, Thomas Kirkpatrick. He was knowledgeable and understood immediately when we wanted to upgrade to hail resistant roofing. The work crew arrived early and stayed late to complete the job in one day.
