It's very disappointing I waited to get a new mattress, but Costco sent me used 😪 one and dirty packed up like new with plastics. I wasn't home, and I told my daughter to check it thoroughly, but she didn't because she said it was wrapped with plastic like new, but Costco wrapped up old and dirty. Mattress sold us for $908. You should be ashamed for yourself, Costco, and this 2nd time this happened to me, and I am done buying mattresses with Costco.

I just received the king size mattress and am disappointed to find several stain spots on side of it, 2 cracked seams, suggesting it may have been previously used or handled roughly. The mattress is not firm as expected.
The mattress is not as comfortable as described. Wake up with a backache after only 2 hours. I've had the mattress for less than 2 weeks and when I turn on my side, I can hear the springs squeak. Also, when it was delivered the person just flopped it down on the boxspring causing the bed to hit the wall. Five days after it was delivered it went on sale :(
This mattress has a very poor quality stitching, torn handles, extra threads all over, corners with extra fabric folds, original label missing from the mattress. Does not feel firm from day 1. Been just less than a month. Appears that this king size mattress was previously returned item which was repackaged & sold to us. Very unfortunate. Most likely be returning soon. 2 starts are gor hard work of delivery men.
Purchased mattress online and was delivered with no issues. Mattress then went on sale for $250 less than the price it was purchased for. Costco customer service would not honor the new price discount due to being (1) day after the purchase date! Not actual delivering date. They stated I could return the mattress and purchase a new one at the sale price. Very frustrating!!
No white glove surface... no call thirty minutes prior.. just showed up unannounced... refused delivery due failure to set up and take away old mattresses ...In short : lack of white glove service.. and box left on my front lawn.. called Costco to pickup... not results so far... .
