1) It's a GOOD looking mattress 2) It's FIRM Mattress feels GREAT 3) It's a QUEEN Mattress Measures: (W 60") x (L 80")x (H 14") 4) The measurements.are incorrect: (W 57") x (L 78")x (H 14") This mattress makes my bed Look ugly & cheat the fitted sheets are worst cause its 2 SMALL. Now I have 2b inconvenienced & return it Now its the 2nd time this happened 2 me.

I purchased this mattress based on mostly positive reviews and great price. I’ve always preferred a medium to firm mattress, but this one was hard as a rock. I tossed and turned all night, woke up with hip pain and shoulder pain every day which got progressively worse. I added a feather bed topper that I purchased from Costco a while back as well as a foam topper, which helped a bit. After two weeks of feeling sleep deprived, though, I returned it. Delivery crew wanted to negotiate and asked for $40 tip for “delivery to the room of choice and set up”, what was surprisingly the second floor bedroom. After refusing their “offer” they were rude. My wife asked them to leave the king size mattress at the front door hallway, and no tipping after that scene. 

Painful bed

I purchased this bed online from Costco. I spoke to someone at the Issaquah store in their administrative department, who was condescending and very rude. I was told I could not exchange the bed, even though it is advertised and there are others who made purchases and comments in the beds review section saying they were able to exchange. This bed has a 10-year customer satisfaction warranty, and a white glove delivery service. I ended up returning this mattress after a few weeks because it was so uncomfortable. I’m a side sleeper, and it just wasn’t a good fit for me. Costco service was excellent though. Friendly delivery and pick up drivers, and no problems returning it. I had a tempurpedic before, and decided to stick with another tempurpedic.

I am not real happy with Costco over this purchase. I have never received any paper work with a break down of cost, no information about warrantee or return policy.

Mattress was relatively comfortable but couldn't tell much since I had to return it as it sunk significantly on one side on the second night of use.

I purchased this mattress based on the positive reviews, and it’s a decent mattress at a reasonable price. However, the only significant issue is that it gets extremely hot, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Initially, I thought it might be just me, but when I observed my girlfriend restlessly moving in the bed during the night, I realized I needed to return it. Fortunately, I had bought it from Costco (as always!), so I don’t have to worry about the return process.

Its better than what I had, however I dont think its worth what I paid. Probably going to exchange it eventually and try something different.
