We received this three weeks ago. It felt supportive for a day or two, but since then it is sagging for both of us. I believe it may be the Sealy box springs are too weak (recommended by Costco/Sealy for a king mattress). We just bought a latex topper to see if it helps and it has nearly eliminated any hip or shoulder pressure point pain. Where the two box springs meet in the middle creates a place where no one can lay down (very high and hard ridge from the box springs).

The first 6 days on the mattress were firm, like too firm. We had high hopes our body would conform and it would maintain its firmness while soften enough to be just right. Two weeks later we are quite disappointed. If you think this mattress is too firm give it atleast two weeks! It's officially become 'plush' and we're both sleeping in valleys every night. I am extremely dissatisfied with this mattress. It was advertised as Firm and I expected a much firmer mattress.

Unable to haul my old mattress at the time of delivery. However Costco said to call back to have it hauled away once I spray down the old mattress. Called 4 times to logistics and not once I was told to double bag the old mattress I’m 5’1 there is no way I can bag a CA King mattress by myself. So now I have to hire someone to haul it away. And pay for it

I bought the Sealy Posturepedic Pro Lincoln Heights 14” Firm from Costco and it was awful. Despite the name, it wasn’t firm, had no edge support, and slept hot. The listing doesn’t make it clear this is a euro top (apparently all of Costco’s Sealy models are), and it even shows up under “hybrid,” though it’s just an innerspring. The quality was poor — mine looked frumpy, seams bulging, and in spots it measured closer to 15” deep, so it didn’t fit my king frame or sheets. very unhappy do jot buy mattresses box spring from Costco. They did not complete the installI had to hire someone else to move the old box springs ng to the other room. 80 years old I could not do what the they couldn’t.

We purchased the plush version of this bed and it was like sleeping on a board. We gave it 4 nights before returning it, our backs could not take it any longer.

We bought K & Q, Firm Pillow Tops. Both ARE FIRM, that part is true! But as far as “Pillow Top”, it’s layered with firmer foam making it a “Hard Top”!! After 2 weeks the mattress is feeling horrible! We added an open sleeping bag on to to soften the “Hard Top” but still having a “Firm” midsection, no help. We’re going to Costco’s Furniture Store to view other Mattresses. This is going back!! We want a, Firm, but with a SOFT pillow top, not Memory Foam, so we can roll over from side to side.
