The mattress is to firm and after you sleep on it for a few hours you sink in a small hole. Not enough support

In a few weeks the mattress has a hump in the middle. We are not over weight.

I bought a new mattress because my old one dips in middle. So does this one. Sorry I spent the money. It’s no better than the mattress I had for ten years.
I purchased the firm mattress, but after only a week of use, the area where I sleep has begun to sag noticeably.

We bought this mattress given all of the good reviews it had. My mom was coming to stay with us for 5 days, she is used to pillow top mattresses so we hoped this would be a great fit for her In our guest room. The delivery was super smooth and quick, they carried the mattress to the room and offered to set it up for me, which was really kind of them… I thought this was going to be a great purchase, I mean buying online is always iffy, but I had high hopes this would turn out. This is my second mattress and both have had divots in the bed. The second Mattress had divots really quickly.
I have had the worst backache ever since I received my new bed. I’m so bummed. I meant to order the plus one but ended up having the firm one delivered and oh my gosh, my back has hurt ever since I bought two different toppers and hopefully this topper that I just put on today helps. When ordering it automatically kept going to the firm mattress and when I finally did place my order I didn’t catch that so I ended up with this for mattress and now they are no longer on sale and I can’t afford 200 more dollars to get the plush... read more

I was excited for this purchase as my old Mattress was tired. It looks great but I knew as soon as I sat on it, it was way soft. Already sinking in the middle and not sure what to do with it at this point. After three weeks I think I should return it for something else.
