Bed collapsed within a couple weeks We took it back
Had such high hopes. The springs wore in extremely quickly and very unevenly. Now there are huge, permanent sags where I sit to get out of bed that don’t decompress and it feels like I’m sleeping on a hole. Hello back pain, so goodbye mattress. I am already looking for a replacement.

I bought this mattress and bed frame. The delivery man did not put together the bed frame and only took away my old mattress. The delivery service said they would set up service for a few days later. I never got an email or text about the service 🙄

Very firm and foam gave off strong smell for over two weeks. Mattress was returned. Costco service was great.

My wife had a 14 vertabre back fusion last December and we are trying to find a mattress that is more firm. Unfortunatly, this wasn't it. What is your return policy on mattresses? Please advise.
I will be contacting Costco shortly to exchange or return this mattress. When it arrived, it did not look and smell new, plus every tuft had loose threads. Now after 3 weeks it is sagging badly on the sides. We think we got someone's return and in any case, this is not acceptable!

I’ve always rolled my eyes at the people that rate a purchase based on delivery but here I am. It is my only recourse to express my displeasure.I purchased this mattress, the foundation, the bed frame, and mattress protector. I was fully expecting the setup and installation that was prominently featured as an enticement to purchase. I have purchased a lot of furniture from Costco before.
