I requested a quote for maintenance recoating of my flat roof onMar 25th via their Web Site. I received a responseemail within 3 business days scheduling an inspection with Paul LaNue, President of the company. Paul arrived within the scheduled window and was very professional. He explained their complete process and how the quote and work would proceed if they got the job. The company uses a spray-on product that reduces application time. Lyons is extremely hospitable, professional and honest. They are based in Phoenix and were honest when they said it would take a couple of weeks to get me an estimate. They showed up on the date promised and provided a reasonable estimate. This was a smaller job and there was some waiting to get scheduled for the work itself. There were a few blisters coming up on the foamwhich is what they repaired.I have a flat roof. I found that the roof was still under warranty. They had someone come out within a day or two. took some pictures. I had some guys come out to fix the roof at no charge. I had a really good experience. Reroofed and repaired my roof.

I chose another Angie's List "A" rated roofer based strictlyon price. If the estimatedifference had been just$500 or so, I probably would have chosen Lyons. I would highly recommend Lyons Roofing and particularly Mike Randolph. I contacted Lyons Roofing for an estimate on a complete re-roof of my home. We were pleased. They were fine with cleaning up. Many people may be looking at a whole roof job and we were not. We looked for a couple of bids and it was for a small area. A lot of roofers will charge for an entire roof. They will say it will be $25,000 for a whole new roof but this guy did not. We used Lyons Roofing for a roofing issue. They patched a part of the roof.

Very good service, we had a leak after they refoamed the roof approx 1 year after initally doing it and they returned promptly and fixed it no charge. Can't complain. They refoamed part of our remodel and did some extensive repair

From the original quote visit through the final payment, the project was handled very professionally. There were no surprises, helpful insights and recommendations, and exact quote. Replace clay tile roof on approx.40% of house, repair leaks
