Overall good experience and would contact them again Although I did not use them, I would give them another opportunity. The estimator was punctual, professional, and engaging. They took pictures of the problem areas they found on the roof and provided a detailed estimate of the work to be performed. The price was competitive and I felt comfortable that their work would have been satisfactory.

The estimate process went well. We obtained an estimate to replace our roof from Lyons. We chose another roofer based on two things. We were unsure about the results from the roofing method Lyons uses and the price from another Angie's List roofer was better. We were impressed with Lyons and would not have hesitated to hire them had they used the roofing method we wanted and had the price been a little lower.

My husband mainly dealt with them. We were very impressed. The little I came in contact with them they were nice. They were timely, the job was done well. My husband felt everything was fair. Very professional. They did our roof.

From the estimate to completion of the project, they did a great job. I will use them again when necessary! They recoated the roof. Did a great job. Minimal inconvenience for us.

Called and described problem. They came in a couple of days. they repair the leak in which another company have not been able to do so and they also clean the rough and checked it and it some other minor repairs. we had gotten another bed for about 800 dollars for the same amount of work so we were glad that we had taken Lyons roofing. They were good, they were just expensive. I didn't go with them. They were prompt and very polite when they came out. They did what they said they were going to do. They came out and gave a quote. I think it was actually a field guy that came whereas the other folks that I brought out here were actually the owners of the company but they were fine. They were the most expensive by far of the three that I called. They were very responsive. Lyons Roofing gave a quote for a roofing job.

Noticed a leak on garage wall. Called Lyons Roofing and another company to get a estimate of cost. Mike Jolliffe from Lyons Roofing explained what the problem was and how to fix it. He could fix the problem the same day and the cost was less than the other estimate. He had it fixed in 15 mins. Everything is covered for 2 years. The next day we had a rain storm-1/2 inch of rain and no leak in the garage. We will call Lyons Roofing for any other roofing problems in the future. Thorough review of existing roof situation & estimate. Similar recommendation to all other estimates. We didn't select this company because their price was so much higher than the rest. Brochure was nice. Best marketing of everyone we contacted. Price was MUCH higher than any other estimate.
