I received a prompt response to my request for a quote to remove and replace the walk deck on my back yard balcony. The pricing was not the lowest or the highestbutmy decision to use Lyon's was based on their Angie's List ratings and the presentation that Mike made to me on how the work would be performed. It went very well overall. I'd recommend Lyon's as a good company for roofing. They are thorough, the contract is detailed and they stick to the promised schedule. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. We had hail damage to our roof and the insurance inspector said it would have to be replaced. Lyons came out, did the estimate and completed the work on a very short schedule required by the insurance company. They were fast, very professional and did an excellent. Went very well overall. Two workers showed up on time . They explained what they were going to do and how long they thought that it would take. They uncovered the tiles, they repaired the roof and removed the considerable bird debris that had built up and had most likely led to the roof's leak. overall I am very happy with the service, It was a small job and reasonably priced. they arrived on appointed date early and finished within a reasonable time. This is the third house I have used them for jobs and have been satisfied with extent of work price and speed from estimate to completion. They provided a great warranty and showed up for work on time. They performed the work as expected and cleaned up every day. This company also followed up to inspect the work that was performed to make sure that everything was okay before I paid; which was great. I used Lyons Roofing to put a new roof on my house.

The roofer that came out to our home was professional, courteous, and honest. All traits that are appreciated when relying on someone else to tell you what's wrong (or not wrong) with something you can't see for yourself. We were told a couple of months ago that we had a couple of cracked and brokentiles. We saw a discount for Lyons Roofing on Angie's List and decided to get another opinion. See above. <strong>I had bids for a completely new roof before undergoing an extensive remodel. Fast response, extremely knowledgable, and competitive on pricing. When the time comes the plans are finalized I will not hesitate to contact them again.</strong>

Their responsiveness was good and I would probably get another quote from them in the future. Igot a quote fromLyons Roofing to removemy old tile roof, totally strip off the oldtar paper underneath the tile and thenput down new tar paper before puttingnew tileback in place.

Things did not go really smoothly, but to their credit, in the end they came through and made things right. Repair damages shingles and caulk around openings.
