They gave me an estimate to fix only the problem areas, to re-do the front half of the roof , and then to do the whole roof. The pricing was less than my other two estimates and they had been given a good rating by Angies List and my neighbor. They called to let me know when they would start the work and about how long it would take to complete. I decided to do the whole roof. The same people showed up every day. N/A I got several quotes from different roofing companies. Although I did not use Lyons Roofing, I found the representative that came to our house congenial, professional and generally helpful. Although they were not the least expensive, they were not the most expensive either. Lyons Roofing would have been my second choice and our first choice was a friend of my husband's which had much to do with our selection.

They did a great job for the most part. Everything seems to be fine. Only complaint would be that they didn't move a couple of planters on the upper patio and they were stuck to the roof. I'd use them again. They cleaned and resealed our roof.

They were awesome! They have crews who specialize in tear offs, repairs and foaming. So each crew is experienced in each phase. They were neat and got it done pretty quickly. There was no mess in our yard or driveway. We had just bought the home and were not looking forward to having to drop 12K on a new roof, but it had to be done. Brad was really great we had a few issues and he came out and helped my husband and showed us what we can do to prevent leaks from happening in this one area. My experience was great. Estimate was roughly $500 less than another bid received. i would use this company again. Replacement of patio roof and some plywood sheet due to rotting.
