The crew was prompt on the morning scheduled. The roofer laid out a tarp on the ground and removed the old roofing and rotted plywood underneath. Then, he removed the side panels that were oalso rotted and restored the old boards with new. Where he oud good woodhe retained that and only sawed off that which needed replacement so as to save us some expense. He said nothing and stuck to his task. I had a roof leak during a heavy monsoon storm. Lyons sent an inspector the day after I called. My roof is mostly clay tile but has 2 flat sections with foam coating. He found the problem in a foam section, but due to the 11 year age & overall condition of the roof, recommended replacing the entire foam sections instead of spot repair . I agreed because the price seemed very fair. Everything was on time and as it was layed out. The work was actually finished a week early and the price was exactly what I was quoted. They will be the only roofing company I will contact for my next repair. The communication was fantastic from start to finish and everyone was friendly made sure my expectations were being met. My roof developed a leak over the garage which caused a piece of sheet rock in the ceiling to collapse. Perfect from start to finish. I wanted to wait a few months and make sure everything was done as expected. We did a layover my current asphalt shingle roof. Jared came out, walked me through the whole process and why Lyons would be happy to do this job. I made it very clear that I was going to have multiple quotes done and he gave me some great tips and questions to ask. After that whole process they were a bit higher than most (about $1000). Overall, contracting Lyon's roofing was a good decision. We put on a new roof to fix leaks and correct any other defects. All tile were stacked, and replaced with new tile if broken. First, I want to say is that Jared Molofisi, is the salvation of this company. Because of him we were totally taken care of to the very end. I knew from the start that Lyon's was a quality business with quality products, but some of the workman really dropped the ball. The job that they did was fantastic. They were very punctual! The tear off was done and half of the roof was replaced in the first dayThe rest of the shingles were done the following day and everything was cleaned up before the end of the day. I am extremely happythe work that they did . The staff were friendly and courteous and I would refer anyone that I know to their company!! Lyons performed a complete re-shingle on my home. This included a complete tear off of the existing roof.

Quote and final price were exact and both the individual who did the estimate and the one who did the work werer on time if not early and I was very pleased with the result . I will use them if needed in the future, I had an estimate from them for the same type of work 9 months earlier but the estimate was 700 dollars higher with some additional work that I had not requested that was suggested.
