This place used to be amazing. Up until recently, I had been going here for root touch ups since it opened in October 2020. Over the last few months, the decline downhill has been rapid. Not many people working here seem to be around more than a month or so. The colorists are always running behind and they're not very apologetic about it. The space is not very clean, especially the self-blow dry area. Would love to go back if they ever get their act together again, but doesn't look like that will happen anytime soon.

The Most horrible hair service I have ever received in my life!!!! Just look at the pictures! I asked for a balayage Like the first pic.She told me that's fine. I showed her the pic 3 times to make sure she knew what I want. She said "yes, that very realistic to what you will get with our Natural hair color which lights up up to three tones" . I wouldn't know whether or not the service at the salon is a five star or a one star because I never was able to find the salon in time for my appointment. They have a policy where they charge you 50% if you miss your appointment or are more than 10 minutes late. Once I arrived at salon they indicated that this was not a uncommon problem and that many other people have problems finding the salon and they are trying to fix their Google maps which doesn't put you anywhere near the store . I never leave reviews but my experience was so disappointing! I went to Madison Reed to cover my roots, as I have been doing it at home with boxed color for years. They were busy which I thought was a good sign, but it turned out to be a total disaster. I left with half of my forehead and the side of my face covered in hair dye, which did not come off for three days. I emailed corporate but never heard back. I will never go back!

After booking my appointment 7 weeks ago, I just got an email they cancelled my upcoming appointment. No phone call just an email. What kind of customer service is that. Now I go online and I can't make another appoitment for another 3 weeks. I live 30 minutes away from this location so that is why I book my appoitments way ahead of time to make sure my schedule is clear. They need someone to help them schedule appointments better . This is the worst "hair coloring salon" that I have ever been to in my life!!! I went in with an appointment as a new customer for a simple single process color/root touch up. I am new to the area but thought I would give this place a chance. I've been getting the same process for over 15 years and never really had much of an issue, not like one like this before. I love the space, staff, and definitely the hait color (i did an overall color, dark dark brown, and my hair is very forgiven - to be clear). A few things i didn't like: as we walked in, we were offered a 'robe' to cover our clothes. I had an appointment and really wanted to check this studio out but unfortunately when I got to the mall the location indicated was incorrect and I circled the mall for a half hour inside out and kept calling them but no answer. I received a text message earlier in the day and that text message should've had directions on how to get to their place... very frustrating experience no one knew where they were when I asked..
