What a fun and safe experience I recently had at the boca Raton location. I am blown away from the staff to overall atmosphere. I cannot wait to go back and I highly recommend adding a blow out!

Awesome experience at the brand new Madison Reed Color Bar at The Boca Town Center. The place is clean and beautiful and the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. I felt comfortable with their safety precautions (masks, temp checks, distanced from other clients, cleaning, etc). I will definitely go back, I love how my hair color and blowdry turned out. And you don't even have to go inside the mall, it's by the YouFit gym.

I am a Madison Reed member and generally go to the Boynton salon. I highly recommend the Boynton salon. On two occasions, I have gone to the Boca salon due to scheduling situations. Both times I found the salon to be messy, dirty, no clean brushes at the self care stations, Stylist were not friendly. First experience, I asked for a barrier cream along my hairline. I use their products at home and decided to get a membership to splurge on myself. What a mistake. I went just over a month ago for full color and left with a ring of color around my face, ears and some on my cheeks. I was upset, but decided to go back for the roots and had another stylist do the color - yet again color stains on my face and behind my neck. I noticed that you are not happy that I have two emails and I am not going to feel comfortable giving you my original email that I used for Madison Reed because I'm never coming back there again but I noticed you tried to discredit me like I'm not who I really say I am. Madison Reed is a hair color bar that just opened five years ago in the middle of crazy Covid. You have a lot of kinks to iron out in cruising 45 minute wait times to get a Customer Service rat.

I've been here four times and every single time I come here they failed to cover my gray hair. I'm canceling my pro subscription,this place doesn't even do the bare minimum when it comes to hair color. Every time I come here there's a new turnover in this hair color bar. Unorganized and the stylist is almost always running a half hour late. Unprofessional and unorganized!!!!'not worth the $85 a month for a membership. My hair fell out! Lost one third of beautiful hair. So outrageous! Should have read reviews online. I'm not alone. Many women filed lawsuits. Terrible!

Went in positive. 3 hours later (not including a blowout) left one DISAPPOINTED customer. It was just HORRIBLE! The way this place is run is like a factory. A rundown factory. There was nobody managing this place to speak to about anything. It was a free for all. Unorganized, No management and SUPER loud to where you could not hear anybody speaking to you with blowers running the entire 3 hours it took to place color in my hair!!!!! 3 HOURS! They won't match your color correctly. In months of membership my color was randomly changed 3 times without my knowledge. The colorists have the personalities of dead fish. I've been going every two weeks for over six months and they don't even remember my name. It's cheap and once you, not they, figure out your color -it works. Do not get any services beyond your roots done. Stay away from Nicole, half your forehead and ears will be stained with the color of your choosing.
