This salon is the worst I have ever been too. I came in asking for partial highlights with warm tone. I walked out with my hair darker than before in a very cool tone. If you are blonde I would never recommend this place. The whole experience was absolutely terrible. The colorist I had was tugging very hard at my head the whole time and when I got my hair washed water ran all down my back. This colorist today put the wrong color gloss on my hair. She asked if I wanted the same as my normal and I replied "yes" and she put on a much darker shade.

Terrible experience Have been a client for years they changed the terms of the membership without notice and no longer offer roots every 6 weeks with the membership. Went in without knowing they changed and was charged for the roots service and ignored when trying to speak with the person who did my roots. Received no acceptable response to my complaints and may have to go through the dispute process to recoup my money

Super unfriendly, especially Nicole. I have never been treated so rudely by someone who I was spending hundreds and a half a day with. Other than touching up roots, I would not recommend for anything dynamic. Colorists are not experienced and are not technically trained. Go to a real salon.

If this is your first time, as it was mine, be aware that if you don't specifically book a blow-out service, which I did...you are left with wet hair to fend for yourself. (Changes to my service were made after arriving so the hair colorist took off my blow-out and didn't tell me). Nothing was explained to me and I had to ask another customer what I was suppose to do. The people at the salon were friendly and the salon was clean. The salon was apparently below a gym and the noise of dropping weights was thunderous, and made for a very unpleasant experience. They push their memberships REALLY hard and on the first visit, I just wanted to see what the experience was like. Very pushy. A;so did a blow dry which was not worth the money, recommend using their self-blow bar. Finally the color itself was good quality and the take home color kit was also very good.

I'm happy with the color, but the overall experience was pretty poor. The person who applied the color was nice enough, but she was nowhere to be found after the timer went off. After I was shampooed, the person who shampoo-ed me just left me with soaking wet hair and a towel. No one checked the color, directed me to the station to dry/comb out my hair, or explained the various styling products that were on the counter.
