Do not go here if you value the color of your hair. My hair was a medium brown when I walked into that salon. It now has patches of BLACK and the entire head is darker. This was for a root touch up! Cost me hundreds to get it medium brown and it's now going to cost me hundreds to fix it. DON'T GO HERE is my advice

they have increased their pricing and decreased the perks they offered one year ago when I singed up as a member by the time I wanted to use the perks they told me it's discontinued without any notifications. price increases without any notification. within a year from $60.00 a month to 70 a month . blow dry from 25 to 40 and no free gloss . they give discount on the services which is not worth keeping the cost of membership. and impossible to talk to anyone on the phone .. making an appointment can be difficult. phone dis... read more

The Stylist totally fried out my nieces hair & did not do what was asked for & instructed to do. My niece's hair is breaking off & over processed. I had really high hopes for the salon. Before I do anything nowadays I always check Google & Yelp reviews, as I did when I made the hair appointment for my niece Emerson. Terrible customer service. Everybody is bitchy there including the front desk person. I would never go back here again, I had a consultation and spent a lot of time there, then they told me they couldn't dye my hair at all because the roots are too dark. What a waste of time! Go to a real salon and don't waste your precious time!

BUYER BEWARE!! I went to Denise a couple of weeks ago I ordered expensive keratin bonds they were supposed to be great lengths there's still a question as to whether she put great lengths hair extensions in my hair or not. There was supposed to be two different color hair put in my head for dimension there's one flat color in my hair. Came in and asked for my roots to be done. Left with my hair stripped of its blonde‼‼ The staff obviously forgot about me and left product in my hair way too long... I could tell they knew there was a problem because I kept trying to wash out the purple from my hair only leaving it A shade of violet. Check out the photos below from before and after‼‼

My hair was ruined. I came in for a Color correction on my roots and the stylist changed my entire head of hair color all over my head. I walked in as a yellow blonde and left with violet and white hair. they forgot about me my stylist was more concerned on going on her break then "The timer for my hair"!

BEWARE! Please read this! I've been going to their Color Bar in Boca for about a year or more. Over that period of time I began to notice that my hair was not as full as it used to be. So I attributed it to "the stress of the pandemic" (?) or maybe just that "I'm getting older"(?). The service level here is all over the place, from five to zero stars. Many of the colorists are young and don't seem to have any training. Also the lack of focus on customer service makes this a commodity type experience. You don't get to pick the stylist and even if you request one they won't honor the request, even if that stylist is working at the time of your next appointment. The salon is cheaply pulled together.
