The WORST to try to book an appointment!! So complicated and I thought I had booked, but turned out I hadn't.

If this is your first time, as it was mine, be aware that if you don't specifically book a blow-out service, which I did...you are left with wet hair to fend for yourself. (Changes to my service were made after arriving so the hair colorist took off my blow-out and didn't tell me). Nothing was explained to me and I had to ask another customer what I was suppose to do. The people at the salon were friendly and the salon was clean. The salon was apparently below a gym and the noise of dropping weights was thunderous, and made for a very unpleasant experience. They push their memberships REALLY hard and on the first visit, I just wanted to see what the experience was like. Very pushy. A;so did a blow dry which was not worth the money, recommend using their self-blow bar. Finally the color itself was good quality and the take home color kit was also very good.

I'm happy with the color, but the overall experience was pretty poor. The person who applied the color was nice enough, but she was nowhere to be found after the timer went off. After I was shampooed, the person who shampoo-ed me just left me with soaking wet hair and a towel. No one checked the color, directed me to the station to dry/comb out my hair, or explained the various styling products that were on the counter. Do not go here if you value the color of your hair. My hair was a medium brown when I walked into that salon. It now has patches of BLACK and the entire head is darker. This was for a root touch up! Cost me hundreds to get it medium brown and it's now going to cost me hundreds to fix it. DON'T GO HERE is my advice

they have increased their pricing and decreased the perks they offered one year ago when I singed up as a member by the time I wanted to use the perks they told me it's discontinued without any notifications. price increases without any notification. within a year from $60.00 a month to 70 a month . blow dry from 25 to 40 and no free gloss . they give discount on the services which is not worth keeping the cost of membership. and impossible to talk to anyone on the phone .. making an appointment can be difficult. phone dis... read more

The Stylist totally fried out my nieces hair & did not do what was asked for & instructed to do. My niece's hair is breaking off & over processed. I had really high hopes for the salon. Before I do anything nowadays I always check Google & Yelp reviews, as I did when I made the hair appointment for my niece Emerson. Terrible customer service. Everybody is bitchy there including the front desk person. I would never go back here again, I had a consultation and spent a lot of time there, then they told me they couldn't dye my hair at all because the roots are too dark. What a waste of time! Go to a real salon and don't waste your precious time!

BUYER BEWARE!! I went to Denise a couple of weeks ago I ordered expensive keratin bonds they were supposed to be great lengths there's still a question as to whether she put great lengths hair extensions in my hair or not. There was supposed to be two different color hair put in my head for dimension there's one flat color in my hair.
