I have mixed feelings about Madison Reed. I'll start with the pros: 1. The gloss colors are very pretty and tone hair well. I get Miele which really amps up my caramel highlights 2. Their regular roots dye is fine since I just need a basic dark brown and it's nice to do it there with my gloss together 3. Prices are reasonable for a hair salon 4. I have been a client of Madison Reed in Boca Raton for a year now. It is just perfect for my life style. The products alone are amazing but it is actually the customer service that makes all the difference. The stylist at this branch always have a big smile and a demeanor that shows they care. The vibe at this branch is nice and light and I do believe it has to do with the manager Melissa. I love you guys!!! Melissa, yiu are a star!!!

I've been using Madison Reed for quite some time and I have to say that Melissa is a Rockstar. I used to order color from Madison Reed, it kept me looking zoom ready during the pandemic, so I thought I would try out their salon. It was a bit of a cluster finding the place, as the gps puts it at the mall, and it's really outside it in "The Terraces". My advice is to set your gps for Joseph's Italian Market, or to drive past the outside of Bloomingdale's under the flyover and it is about 100 yards straight ahead. Love love love this salon. I always come out feeling gorgeous and happy with my hair. I'm not a fancy gal, I used to dye my hair at home or have my moms hair dresser dye my hair with the MR kits. I love love the MR products and how my hair feels after using them. My hair always feel soft, thick, and lush. The shine it has is amazing. Makes me feel like someone gave me a new head of hair. I was skeptical about going after reading the reviews so was suruprised to have such a positive experience. Sophia did my color and she was professional and did a great job. The place was clean and I was happy to see they required masks. All in all it was a great experience.
