Very happy with my hair color! I will definitely come back and recommend to others who are only looking for color. I had a full head of highlights and they look great. A note-- do not expect a style or blow dry included in your service. However, there is a self-serve blow dry area with a dryer, some product and a few round brushes to use, or you can bring your own products and tools to style.

The color and dye system of Madison Reed has been a favorite so I was excited to see that a color bar was relatively close to me. The location is in a busy shopping center with ample parking. The color bar isn't the friendliest and the employees did not seem thrilled to be there. The color, gloss and blowout were great. Once you think of the drive and the overall cost of service hmmm not sure I'll go back

I visit the color bar every two weeks to get my roots touched up. There's a great group of talented ladies working there who get it right every time! I have the monthly membership which is well worth it for those who don't want to have to stretch out their color. I've had them do partial highlights twice and loved it!

I am very happy with the service at the Brea Madison Reed. It is very convenient and affordable for me. I get a root touchup every six weeks and it has helped me maintain my hair care at an affordable price for me. I highly recommend it to anyone who is considering trying it. my last time wasn't great as the previous ones (3 or 4 visits prior to the last one were OK). I do believe that the place is understaffed. I canceled my membership after my last visit as my hair came in dull and not of the same color as I expected.

They're great. I've had roots, balayage, and full hair done there. Happy with all. Sometimes if they're busy, you'll get caught up in the chaos and a simple job might take double the time. I think we're all prepared for that based on their business model. Only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because some of the techs don't know how or don't want to deal with my thicker hair. One even had me brush my own hair like I'm some sort of monster. I usually pay for the blowout and some techs do the minimum. I think they get... read more
