You go here because supposedly they will do a better job than what you can do on your own at home. They made me wait, stained my face, and then provided zero communication about the process they have in the salon (they wash your hair but you have to dry and style it yourself). Customer service terrible and they want a 18% + tip. Canceled service same day I rather do myself at home. Terrible.

Had a root touchup, gloss and blow dry scheduled. As she said they could wash my hair she said oh sorry we can't blow dry today. We are short staffed. I said couldn't you have said that before you put the color on. You knew when I walked in. I had somewhere to go; she did blow dry but the roots were left wet and hair was frizzy. Also, was still charged for blow dry even tho it was like 15 min. Not sure I'll be back to this location. Shame...

Waited over 45 minutes with an appointment and walked out. I'll just do my own hair now. Very unhappy. 2 people and 4 people Waiting. What a joke.

It really depends on who you get to color your hair. Some care more than others. Here's a pic of my immediate roots touch up by Debbie. She took a a before pic but not after as she already took off before my hair was done ready for washing - with a male worker (possibly a manager since he was moving around the place like a ). I liked the hair color today but the person who washed and tried to blow dry my hair was so unprofessional. I could do a better hair blow dry than she could very badly trained. And she charged me the full price for hair blow dry even though I had her stop after do my bangs. It took her 10 min to do my bangs how unprofessional.

Not what I paid for. Extreme damage to hair. They don't answer emails or complaints at the corporate office. I've been telling them about this for 3 weeks and I do not get a response. I asked for bayalage and got highlights. Extremely damaging to my hair. The girls were nice but the technique and products are not.

Only one star because I can't leave zero stars. First time customer. Asked for root color with their accent lights special. I showed the colorist the photo of what I was looking for and was clear when I said I do not want the highlights to start at the root and I want accents...a few foils here - simple accents for dimension. After she finished washing off the toner I had chunks of orange highlights all over. It was exactly what I didn't want and had communicated this to her. My daughter didn't like it and we weren't told that's it's not going to look exactly like she wanted ... I know for a fact she didn't as I was listening to them but then the lady said she did... she asked my daughter to brush her own hair to take the knot off and blow dry her own hair when I paid for it ... my daughter doesn't want to come back here as she said she didn't like the vibe... I'm So sad as she was looking forward to this day and it was her birthday gift

I'm very disappointed on the treatment I had on my hair and persona! I had an appointment Dec 16th 12pm the didn't sit me down till 12:30.. Mind you I filled out on there app all I my hair needs, I explained I wanted the top of my cap Hightlights with roots..
