If I had to rate this place, it would be a zero, first time there worst experience ever. Although the technician who put the color in my hair was nice, she left me at midpoint. The manager never came to me to explain anything. And the woman next to me had been sitting there for 30 minutes waiting For someone to assist her. I thought I would try a new place to get highlights. I went in for a partial blonde highlight, root coverage. Something didn't seem right.... She was leaving too much hair in between foils. I didn't say anything as I was trusting her process. Afterward, I could barley tell anything was done. Still looked like I had an inch of dark roots. The technicians are nice and friendly, my concern is with management. I have been in several times and each time the boss has been there i get uncomfortable with the way she speaks and treats the staff. Has no concern for the customers that are there and it shows. I really wanted to love this place and gave it several tries after the first thinking it was just a busy day but nope same experience every time. Will find a salon/stylist and know that they appreciate my $$$ spent.

Don't go here for anything other than base color. I went for a few highlights. Got up sold to full balayage. It was not balayage. Basically just bleached all of my hair, leaving the roots. No blending in. I keep saying I don't want my hair brassy. I got full brassy/orange hair. On top of that, Idk what they did but a significant amount of my hair fell out, which has never happened at another salon. I had to drive back and get a darker gloss to cover the mess they made of my hair after I couldn't stand looking at it anymore.... read more

I made an appt online which was fine, got a discount code for 16 off root touchup. I added the gloss and blow dry ( which is extra). When they asked about what color I want I said keep it the same color, just as long as it doesn't have red tones. My hair has read tones and is darker the I thought it would be. I did not get the massage they said you get with the shampoo. . They up sale everything. They told me about the membership about 3 times. The blow dry was not great. Not a great experience. Management should get involved if their staff are trying to juggle customers. Unfortunately all the products they were up selling me on for gloss, etc. did not give me a good outcome. During blow dry there was so much product being dropped in my hair and it was left damp, I walked out with frizzy hair. Terrible salon poor customer service The staff seem unhappy working there. Just plain rude and apathetic.
The stylists are friendly and the product seems gentle on hair, but the salon service is poor with regard to color adjustments or corrections (I had two hair treatments here - one was to correct the first process). I do not recommend getting highlights, balyage or even accents if you have dark hair. The salon apparently does not do toning or adjusting to correct brassiness, or if they claim they do, they do a poor job of it. It also takes 3 1/2 hours to do a root touch up and partial highlight!
