Not what I paid for. Extreme damage to hair. They don't answer emails or complaints at the corporate office. I've been telling them about this for 3 weeks and I do not get a response. I asked for bayalage and got highlights. Extremely damaging to my hair. The girls were nice but the technique and products are not.

Only one star because I can't leave zero stars. First time customer. Asked for root color with their accent lights special. I showed the colorist the photo of what I was looking for and was clear when I said I do not want the highlights to start at the root and I want accents...a few foils here - simple accents for dimension. After she finished washing off the toner I had chunks of orange highlights all over. It was exactly what I didn't want and had communicated this to her. My daughter didn't like it and we weren't told that's it's not going to look exactly like she wanted ... I know for a fact she didn't as I was listening to them but then the lady said she did... she asked my daughter to brush her own hair to take the knot off and blow dry her own hair when I paid for it ... my daughter doesn't want to come back here as she said she didn't like the vibe... I'm So sad as she was looking forward to this day and it was her birthday gift

I'm very disappointed on the treatment I had on my hair and persona! I had an appointment Dec 16th 12pm the didn't sit me down till 12:30.. Mind you I filled out on there app all I my hair needs, I explained I wanted the top of my cap Hightlights with roots.. They did my Roots only and the bottom of my highliths retouched know I'm not in front of a mirror to see what's taken place, how ever if I explained to the stylist I'm assuming she's got it???! If I had to rate this place, it would be a zero, first time there worst experience ever. Although the technician who put the color in my hair was nice, she left me at midpoint. The manager never came to me to explain anything. And the woman next to me had been sitting there for 30 minutes waiting For someone to assist her. I was done, but had to wait until the person washing hair. Had time to wash mine. I thought I would try a new place to get highlights. I went in for a partial blonde highlight, root coverage. Something didn't seem right.... She was leaving too much hair in between foils. I didn't say anything as I was trusting her process. Afterward, I could barley tell anything was done. Still looked like I had an inch of dark roots. The technicians are nice and friendly, my concern is with management. I have been in several times and each time the boss has been there i get uncomfortable with the way she speaks and treats the staff. Has no concern for the customers that are there and it shows. I really wanted to love this place and gave it several tries after the first thinking it was just a busy day but nope same experience every time. Will find a salon/stylist and know that they appreciate my $$$ spent.

Don't go here for anything other than base color. I went for a few highlights. Got up sold to full balayage. It was not balayage. Basically just bleached all of my hair, leaving the roots. No blending in. I keep saying I don't want my hair brassy. I got full brassy/orange hair. On top of that, Idk what they did but a significant amount of my hair fell out, which has never happened at another salon. I had to drive back and get a darker gloss to cover the mess they made of my hair after I couldn't stand looking at it anymore.... read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON AS YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! I had my roots and highlights done 2 weeks ago by Diane, you promised she could color my roots and re-do my blonde highlights. I ended up with brassy ORANGE ROOTS & my hair color came out ashy with GREEN HIGHLIGHTS - my hair color looks green similar to swimming in a chlorinated pool and not rinsing off my hair!!!
