I've been a customer for 2 years. I have a pro plus membership because I have to get my grays covered up every 3 weeks. I normally don't wait till the last minute to book my next appointment but I was out of town and forgot to make an appointment. I used the waitlist option last night. My wife went here for the first time last night and the staff was really nice to her. They were helpful in describing what she needed. The environment was relaxing and pampering. They did a great job color matching her roots

Consistent, beautiful results every visit! I've been going to Madison Reed Hair Color Bar in Chino Hills for about a year now and couldn't be happier! I currently have the Limitless Plus+ Membership, which allows me to touch up my roots as often as I like -- a perfect fit since I don't like seeing any white hairs when I style my hair. I am very happy with the Chino location...I've been going to Madison Reed for almost a year and have been very satisfied with everything. I just had my color changed yesterday by Dani and she went over and above to help me decide on which combination of colors would best achieve what I was wanting. I would like to be able to request her moving forward, but for whatever reason they don't make it easy to request anyone specific. Honestly, that is my only negative that I would like to have addressed.

Another great experience today. See I forgot about my appointment this morning. I also missed the call from the manager Katie. So it was half hour later when I realized it and I rushed to the salon. Katie the manager said they were full today but she managed to squeeze me in which I was so blown away. I am one super happy customer.
