I have always done my own hair color and let's just say, no more. MADISON Reed is awesome. No harsh smells, no ammonia. Wonderful color. Amd the massaging shampoo is worth it all. Can't wait til my next trip

I average going here every 3 or 4 months. I chose Madison Reed because it advertises using colors that are not toxic. At 73, I have some gray so it took me a couple visits to know what I should be asking for. I called the central location to discuss what I was wanting and what i was getting. A very helpful person suggested i take a picture of my hair outside in the shade on a sunny day. I did that and sent the picture to this lady so she would know what we were talking about. First of all, the service was super good except for one thing I will cover in a minute. The woman checking me out was super helpful and kind. I really enjoy Madison Reed hair color for my in between salon visits. My hair is always super shiny and soft after a hair color treatment. Today I needed to exchange a color and it was hassle-free and fairly expedient. I love the fact that they already had in their system all of my usual payment info! I had never been to a Madison Reed Color Bar and was nervous as I am very particular about my hair. The staff was very outgoing and friendly. I was greated with a smile by the receptionist, the colorist, the woman who shampooed my hair as well as by the woman who blew my hair out. I felt like I had walked into a group of friends. The iPad is the color the colorist selected, the ponytail is my natural color when I was younger. They made a perfect match. They nailed it the 1st time. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great experience. Haven't dyed my hair, other than box color in years. Prices were reasonable and Mary Jane was great! Really helpful in choosing a color that would work best with my hair. I'm really pleased with the end result. Bonus--salon was very clean and they were constantly sanitizing and keeping everyone spread out. Will def be back.
