Absolutely loved my experience here! I called in to get more information on pricing for full coloring ($65 for new clients) and was scheduled right away. I was warmly greeted once I arrived. They hung my jacket, gave me a kimono, and offered me a drink. Relaxing and easy from the start! I had a previous terrible experience with a stylist in Dallas and Chaz totally saved the day and revived my hair. He explained everything he was doing and was very attentive!

This lovely salon is wonderful! I was experiencing dry ends and was thinking of cutting my shoulder length hair until coming here! It took me close to a year to grow it to this length prior to a 5 inch hair cut! I spoke to the manager and she was very personable, and I decided to darken my hair color and purchase their shampoo, regular and deep conditioner to restore my hair. Beautiful salon and friendly staff. My colorist was Chaz and he took great care of me. I was 10 minutes late and called to let them know. Chaz was the one that answered my call and was very nice and understanding. When I finally arrived, Chaz and I had a quick consultation. He was professional and helpful in answering my questions. I have mixed feelings about my experience at Madison Reed. The customer service is great! All the employees were very kind and had awesome personalities! The inside of the place is clean, great areas for photo ops and cute, chic decorations subtly mixed in. Was welcomed right away when I came in, sat down, offered tea or coffee. They brought me tea and I was introduced to my color-ist who put in my gloss. She told me all about this new location, as well as how they started and their mission! Then I was free to walk around or sit and drink my tea as the gloss set for about 30 minutes. Very clean store in a convenient location with plenty of parking. They only focus on coloring and don't do haircuts. It's nice because the environment is a lot cleaner than your typical hair salon.
