It pains me to write this review. I have referred several people to Madison Reed. I love the concept, the business model, the products and colorists! I first visited Madison Reed while travelling in California and when I returned to Chicago, I immediately started a membership and worked with Becca who is an amazing colorist! I went here for a tone to get the brassy orange and lightness out of my hair. I had got this done at another place and it worked perfectly. My hair is still orange, In fact it's lighter and more orange than before.

left a few messages and no call back.......Called the third time spoke with Kesha and was told you can not speak to the manager of colorist at the Lincoln Park location??? Have a few questions and I was told be Kesha there is not a direct phone number to the salon in Lincoln park or can I speak directly with a colorist or manager at the Lincoln park location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
