I was very happy to have visited Lincoln Park's Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. This visit stands to be my most positive professional coloring experience. I've been using Madison Reed glossing treatment at home. When I heard there was a color bar opening up near me, the decided to give it a try. I had a root touch up, glossing treatment, and blow out. Ism really pleased with my results! I worked with two stylists during my appointment, and both were wonderful. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and given a color consultation before services were performed. I had a great experience, excellent customer service all around. Thanks, MR!

I loved the bar! The atmosphere is wonderful and the team is superb. its great to be able to speak with professionals about your color. I found out I'd been using the wrong shade. the Shade I left with is so much richer and does a much better job of coloring the grey. I had a wonderful experience. And the value for money is perfect. So glad you're in Lincoln Park! I'm a convert and will have my color done at the bar from now on!!

I got a color, gloss, and blow dry here when they just opened. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The services were top-notch. I also learned more about the whole product line, which I'd been using at home for about a year. My hair looks and feels great. I love their gentle color products and can't wait to go back again!

What the hell is this? This is not what my hair should look like after a routine touch up on my roots. The color formula should be the exact same as my last appointment, it's been the same for years, so why does this look like stripes rather than blended dye job? How are you training your employees and what do you do to ensure the best experience and outcome is achieved in every service for your customers? Unhappy member.

Came in for root touch up and a few highlights in the back. Left with very dark hair and brassy roots and orange highlights after 2-1/2+ hours. Colorist was very inexperienced...Asked to speak with manager; was told no manager on site today. Terrible service, cancelled my membership.

I went to buy a couple box sets today. I got to the store at 6:50. The hours posted said that they closed at 7:00. The person working said they were closed. I said but it isn't 7yet. She said sorry we're closed. I guess they are in a good place where they can turn money away. Hopefully the person who manages this location sees this. A box should take two minutes to grab -since I am an existing customer. Oh well. I will visit a different location tomorrow.

Cancelled on me the day of the appointment FIVE different times in the same week before a wedding that I was standing in. I have been going there for 3 years and never got a call for an explanation just an automated text.

I had my roots touched up here and the color difference is just so bad. Do not recommend.
