What the hell is this? This is not what my hair should look like after a routine touch up on my roots. The color formula should be the exact same as my last appointment, it's been the same for years, so why does this look like stripes rather than blended dye job? How are you training your employees and what do you do to ensure the best experience and outcome is achieved in every service for your customers? Unhappy member.

Came in for root touch up and a few highlights in the back. Left with very dark hair and brassy roots and orange highlights after 2-1/2+ hours. Colorist was very inexperienced...Asked to speak with manager; was told no manager on site today. Terrible service, cancelled my membership.

I went to buy a couple box sets today. I got to the store at 6:50. The hours posted said that they closed at 7:00. The person working said they were closed. I said but it isn't 7yet. She said sorry we're closed. I guess they are in a good place where they can turn money away. Hopefully the person who manages this location sees this. A box should take two minutes to grab -since I am an existing customer. Oh well. I will visit a different location tomorrow.

Cancelled on me the day of the appointment FIVE different times in the same week before a wedding that I was standing in. I have been going there for 3 years and never got a call for an explanation just an automated text.

I had my roots touched up here and the color difference is just so bad. Do not recommend.

My color and gloss are 5 starts. My shampoo and blowout are 1 star. This is my 3rd visit to MR and I love it but my blowout was lopsided and looked like a first week beauty school student did it. I will return again but probably dry my own hair. Danacorman@gmail.com

My first ever Yelp review. That's how upset I am. I went in to get my roots done and the manager of the Lincoln Park location did my roots, only because my regular salon wasn't available. The manager was nice during the initial consult and apparently has 14 yrs of experience but was very rough with my hair brushing and washing process like literally tugging my head full of hair during shampooing. I brought my mother here back in 2021 in hopes of signing up for their unlimited monthly subscription. Good thing we had my mom try it out before we did.... We asked for a lighter color and toned not warm, she came out with blazing bright red/orange hair. The colorist told us that they cannot tone hair to make it less warm, because the point of their services is only to match your current hair color to cover roots. I have never been someone to write a bad yelp review but I was very upset for wasting my time/money at this place. I went in for my roots to be done for a work trip but they came out orange and did not match my blonde hair. My stylist spoke maybe 5 words to me the entire time.
