This business & location needs help. This was apparent when I had an appointment and attempted to call them. The system placed me on a hold twice-20 minute each time. I reached the location but could not located the address, called them on my way = 20 minutes, could not find this place, drove back home = 20 minutes, a total of 40 minutes and I was already home and no one ever picked up the phone. If you just want some expensive box dye slapped on your hair this is the place for you, they don't have any skill they barely even get the dye all over your head so i wouldn't go here ever again they damaged the crap out of my hair and it doesn't even look good.
