My new hair spot!!!! I have always had a bad experience / vibe from hair salons. It always felt like everyone was visibly upset with me when I did not know anything about hair, hair dye, and realistic expectations with my damaged hair. But that's why I come to ask these questions and ask if what I am looking for is realistic. This place made me feel soooo welcomed and I finally felt comfortable in a salon. So excited to see Madison Reed salon open in Rancho. Was 30 minutes early for my appointment and the staff greeted me immediately and got to work to color my grays. Quality product and convenient to get in and out. Clean environment.

Great product, great service, lovely service model! A refreshing way to touch up roots, add highlights and blow dry! Love that they opened a color bar here locally! IF YOU HAVE TEXTURED HAIR DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! So I came in today for a full color and blowout. First, I was disappointed because they pointed out multiple times that my hair was so "tangled" . Which I did respond that I have textured curly hair and if there was water and conditioner in it that it would comb right through. So at this point it's taking two people to work on my hair, fine. The people that work here are very kind But I'm very displeased with the way they did my hair and charged me over $230 for basically just doing my roots and a couple highlights, uneven and patchy highlights
