I had an amazing experience at Madison Reed, Haley did an AMAZING job. She was literally slaying doing 3 clients at once. I came in probably with more work than expected but she handled her next two clients and me with grace!! We wouldn't have known any different! I was in dire need of a root touch up. I visited the website and was able to make a same day appointment with ease, which was important to me with my busy schedule. When I arrived and entered the salon, I was greeted by Hailey who was very sweet and very interested to know about my hair, and what I was looking for. My new hair spot!!!! I have always had a bad experience / vibe from hair salons. It always felt like everyone was visibly upset with me when I did not know anything about hair, hair dye, and realistic expectations with my damaged hair. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. I scheduled my appointment for 1:30 PM, and at the time I booked it, it was the only appointment available that day. As I was driving to the salon, I encountered unexpected traffic, so I called ahead to let the salon know I would be running a few minutes late. IF YOU HAVE TEXTURED HAIR DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! So I came in today for a full color and blowout. First, I was disappointed because they pointed out multiple times that my hair was so "tangled" . Which I did respond that I have textured curly hair and if there was water and conditioner in it that it would comb right through. So at this point it's taking two people to work on my hair, fine.
