Took my daughter to get her first highlights/balayage. Friendly Staff and appointment started on time. My daughter showed the colorist her inspiration pics and she seem to get it. We went through the process and while she was getting her blowout we could see some change but by the time they were done I saw no real change. 10 Minutes prior to my appointment I receive a text message cancelling my appointment. No phone call to offer me an alternative. I was driving 30 minutes away and in the car. Yet their cancellation policy requires 24 hours. $30 off is what they offer for a complete inconvenience. What a terrible business and waste of space at Victoria Gardens.

I dont normally post but my experience started off nice but went down hill the stylist who washed my hair seemed very new . The dye was good but at wash time al the dye was left in my ears and forehead . Than this same stylist was attempting to blow dry my hair but I need to ask for a new stylist who did what she could to save my hair . I will not be returning .

I'm sorry, but I went in, asked for something very different than what I looked like now, and left spending $300 and looking the same. I got home and my family said, "what did they do?" I feel scammed. I don't even want to post pictures. The shame is too much.

I hate to do this but I have to give the review only 2 stars. So let me begin with the positives. The manager is PHENOMENAL at customer service and the young woman who did my shampoo the first time (tattoos and dark pin up hair?) was also amazing! But that was the last time I enjoyed my experience here. Today is my third visit. The last one the stylist was rude and abrasive. After listening to the message telling me to press #1 to text (which doesn't work btw and saying your really busy is a lousy excuse) and after continuing to hold for 30 min I have a suggestion. I came in the other day for root touch up and I do not think they do a good job. Leaving salon with dye that was stained all over scalp and face is not okay. I also do not think they take the time to actually wash your hair good at all. I think they need to actually put more time into removing dye that got on scalp/face prior to letting everything dry and need to put more time into washing the clients hair good as well.

You get what you paid for. I mainly went to try it due to the less toxins in the products. I've gotten hair colored professionally for decades and I've been wanting to find a product or place that offers safer alternatives to traditional hair dyes.
