Recently got a dimensional balayage done by Dhara and I love it!! she was super sweet and my hair came out very pretty and still very healthy!

UPDATE: Bumping up my original review to 2.5 stars, rounded up to 3. On 2.13.2024, I received a phone call from Tawny, the manager of Madison Reed at Victoria Gardens. She profusely apologized for my experience at the salon. She made every effort to correct the situation, which I very much appreciated. She explained that all of the employees are familiar with store policies, yet I was not made aware that I needed to be out of the salon once the clock hit 6 pm. I love my hair! It was done by Heather who is one of the managers! I also loved Jessica she was very sweet and kept me calm as I was first timer ever dying my hair. Everyone was very nice explaining things to me and it was very clean and quiet. They played low music and it was very nice. The product sold to me has helped my hair immensely!

Now that I've been to Madison Reed in Rancho Cucamonga two times, I'm ready to share the 5-star service I received! Heather is amazing - she's one of the most experienced colorists I've had. Based on her recommendation I had her give me full highlights. She didn't just do a great job - but all my friends, including my very particular daughter, have commented about how great my hair looks. Elizabeth did my shampoo and blowout. She was also great!!! Do I recommend Madison Reed??? Absolutely!!!

Haley was my colorist it was my first time at Madison Reed salon. It so pretty in there I was admittedly greeted when walking in the door I checked in I was given my smock. Then I will show where to sit. I was asked upon arriving if I wanted anything to drink water, coffee, tea I got some water I was also offered with ice which I love in a glass. Hair color is a very personal service. Sometimes you love it, sometimes it can be the opposite of what you wanted. Samantha at the Rancho Cucamonga Madison Reed takes the challenge to make you happy. She is patient, kind and understanding. She is the first person that I have found in So California who can do reds that look natural. As I am a natural redhead, I am overjoyed with her service!
