I recently went to Madison Reed to have my hair highlighted. after making an appointment and givi all my info online i was given an es of how much it would cost. I was scheduled. I ar and explained what I wanted. Once my hair was completed I could not even tell that there were any highlights or anything different. Not happy with my experience, at all. I thought I would try the root touch up package, and hoping I could get more clarification on the membership since I had been reading about this salon for awhile. The greeter/receptionist was not helpful, I couldn't hear a word she was saying. I felt like I had to pull answers out of her and she's standing there looking at me like I should know? Ok so I came here for my 1st time to do my roots. I didn't want to go into the New Year with any greys. I met with my girl she took some pictures of my hair said she would go do my color and come back. We talked about the memberships they offer and I was considering getting one. I have a lot of hair so I asked about extra color when I wanted to do my whole head and how that works. I went in October 11th to the madison reed hair salon at rancho cucamonga yesterday at 3:45. I am extremely dissatisfied with my hair results, it looks nothing like the inspiration picture and my hair stylist clearly said she would be able to achieve it. When she had finished washing out my hair my hair began to fell out in CLUMPS. Worst hair color experience ever. When I got home I cried for a while. The colorist didn't listen at all when I told her my hair lifts easily. She left bleach on my hair for too long and not once checked it. Just sent me to someone else to wash out after some timer ran out. Every hair is different and should be checked. Literally I walked in there with luscious beautiful hair and walked out looking like a mess. Thankfully I knew how to take care of my hair and saved it's ass, by not only washing my hair before my app., but also by not letting them straighten my hair cuz sis..... Don't come here. Sorry not sorry. And the person that dyes the hair needs to be fired like..... I know I'm not the first person that had a bad experience with Ellie. So why still keep people you know are hurting your business..... the math ain't mathing.

Took my daughter to get her first highlights/balayage. Friendly Staff and appointment started on time. My daughter showed the colorist her inspiration pics and she seem to get it. We went through the process and while she was getting her blowout we could see some change but by the time they were done I saw no real change. 10 Minutes prior to my appointment I receive a text message cancelling my appointment. No phone call to offer me an alternative. I was driving 30 minutes away and in the car. Yet their cancellation policy requires 24 hours. $30 off is what they offer for a complete inconvenience. What a terrible business and waste of space at Victoria Gardens.
