it was fabulous due to the salon manager is always an amazing place to go to get your hair colored, and they stand behind every product in every service you have there. 's been my colorist for a very long time but today I had the pleasure of the salon manager working on my hair. I absolutely adore her. I highly recommend Madison Reed.

I haven't had my hair done professionally in years due to caring for my parents. I was super excited to try Madison Reed Hair Color bar again. I did try it when it 1st opened up. It was super easy signing up for an appointment online. I was surprised they had so many open appointments. The earliest appointment was 9am which I took. I would suggest this appointment because the parking lot was pretty empty. They didn't open the doors until exactly 9am. I was quickly attended too. I go in for a treatment every two weeks because my gray roots require constant treatment. However, within a few days of my root color treatment, the color is already fading and within the week you can see the gray again. I don't know if its the color formula, application, or clean up after application that causes the color to fade so quickly.

i needed a roots touch up and decided to splurge for balayage too - so glad I did! my colorist, Sara Williamson, worked with me to understand my goals and created the perfect colors for me! I've been there two times. First time was a 5 star experience. Second was a 3 star experience. So I'm giving a 4 star review. First time, everything was great. My stylist was nice, I loved my color. I like the interior of the salon and the prices are fair. I added a blowout which was quickly and beautifully done. Second time, I had a different colorist. She did a great job, no complaints there. A different young lady rinsed my hair and did my blowout. Blowouts usually take most stylists 20 minutes tops. It took her over ... read more

I've been a Madison Reed client locally for the past 6 months. The staff are courteous and some are more service oriented than others. Kassie, Chantal and Emily have been the main people that I have had do my hair. Overall, I'm pleased with the services. The color has been consistent and I like their products.
