i will never go back there again, they left color all over my forehead and ears and the back of my neck. found color on my top too.

I got my color on a Thursday, went home an noticed I had gray hair around my face, but the majority of gray got colored. I went back two days later for a correction and the girls said I had to go darker to cover the gray. I did not want to go darker and they said we can't help you than. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT AT THAT POINT! I was not happy and told them so we discussed a color, which they put on me. I than got called to the wash bowl. I will never go back! I was supposed to get chunkier highlights and it doesn't look like I got highlights at all! I was going for more gold in my highlights and now it looks like I went platinum blonde. But the real clincher is when I combed out my hair white hairs clogged the comb!!! White!! No blonde in it at all....then I was told that my $150 hair color was "complimentary".....: no charge at all, confession that someone messed up big time!!!

Booked an appointment a week in advance. I showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment and they say you cant get service until youre 18. Maybe they should have mentioned that before i took my time to come here? Do not go here if you are under 18.

I told the young lady that I Did NOT want to go darker! Either the same or lighter. She said they could not go lighter. She showed me a color that was and the girls hair was way to dark. I said NO that is way to dark. She said no the women in the photo started off darker so it came out darker, then showed me a photo of something a little lighter and I agreed.
