Visited Madison Reed today for root coverage and gloss and was very happy with my experience! Appointment was exactly on time and root color perfectly blended with my highlighted hair. Colorist was friendly and thorough. Will absolutely return and love the Sunday availability!

The we're so nice, friendly and helpful picking out the correct color and setting up an appointment . The colorist was so good , and the shampoo was wonderful . I used their brushes and dryer and it was so clean .

I've been a Madison Reed fan since the pandemic. I have been frequenting the salon at the Biltmore location but heard that they were opening up a new spot in my city and decided to try it. I do have their membership and find myself getting my roots touched up around every 4-5 weeks. During COVID times I was not as blessed as Nancy P and had to color my hair at home. I researched boxed hair color and found Madison Reed online. I've been using the mail service for a few years now. Normally I don't really leave reviews but this felt worth it. I've gotten my hair colored quite a times over the years, but I was looking for a new place since my last one was getting expensive. The lady who did my hair was really nice, I just don't love the final result. It doesn't go up to the root and already looks chunky and grown out. Emily my colorist "forgot" about my color for 45 minutes when she said I should process for only 25 minutes. Color came out way too light. I had to remind her to check on me?? Maybe they should wait on less clients at one time.
