This was my first time at Maddison reed in Westport. I did my root touch up gloss and blowout. I like it there. I made other appointment in October. I would recommend it. I usually get highlights but I just wanted to touch up my roots. I like the color but I will go lighter shade next time. The people were nice there. I didn't feel rushed. The hair dresser that did my my hair was nice. My hair feels so healthy and soft and silky. I feel so pretty! Thank you again!

I'm a fan of color that's easy for your nose and eyes, plus beautiful. I have tried Madison Reed in NYC and CT. All experiences have been wonderful and pleasant. Recently a friend who is pregnant told me she colored her own hair with Madison Reed products and said it was easy. I'm still on the fence but I'll have to try it sometime. For now, I'll just enjoy my professional service

I have been doing my own color for two years+ but was feeling lazy so I booked an appointment at the MR bar. The salon was quiet in the afternoon. Bianca did a lovely job and answered all my questions. Would definitely book services again.

After management reached out to me and credited my account for 50% of the services I rebooked an appointment recently and had a great experience. I wish I had the name of the women who did my balayage. She was so nice and informative and did such a great job explaining the shades and process while multi tasking with other customers. I've been to Madison Reed looking for a good product and a look change. I chose a completely different color from the one I've been using. A darker, cooler color. They seem to have a good product, but the person who applied the paint didn't do a good job and my hair got stained. I made an appointment to color all my hair, which is not long. Good amount of product was applied to my roots but not the rest of the hair, so my roots are dark and in some spots the rest of my hair is lighter.
Loved the color! Fabulous service too! I would highly recommend Madison Reed. They helped me find my perfect color.
