If I could leave negative stars I would. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE AT THIS SALON. It was my first time using Madison Reed I had about an inch of roots and told the employee (to call her a colorist or a stylist would be a lie) that I want to match my natural color, very dark brown. The color is too dark. If that was the only problem I wouldn't bother with a review, I would just never go back and wait for the color to fade. But wait there is more. If you want Supercuts for hair color this place is for you. I have zero dimension and a bad color as well. Lots of red undertones exactly what i didnt want. They dont use toner which was not explained. Dont do it. They will never make it in Westport. SO BAD.

Wanted to try it since my salon closed due to COVID this week. I'm guessing if you want to have the exact color you have naturally this will work. They do not modify your color it is pretty much what you already have that is growing in. I don't know any women that puts one artificially looking solid color in their hair.
