Great experience in Westport! The stylist was great at listening to what I wanted and the color came out perfectly. I loved the little technology perks while using the app. If you log into the app while your color is processing, it has a timer that shows you exactly how much time is left. It also customizes suggested products for you based on the color that the stylist has applied. Loved it. Great color without the chemicals. They don't do highlights beyond your natural capabilities. No bleaching. They offer a program of service that can enroll in as a member and receive discounts. They also predetermine the tipping through the computer, the colorist gets the majority and the shampoo/blowout assistant gets less. Been a few weeks and so far the color has held fast.

Such a cute and good concept. I have tried the at home system of hair coloring. I love the at home system. Which you can buy direct, ship to home or even at Ulta beauty. So I was excited to hear that there is a color bar. I hope to have one closer to my home. Its located in a charming ct town of Westport. Which is about hour and twenty minutes. When you arrive. I came here not really knowing what to expect - I don't have any gray hairs personally, but they were able to work with my dark dark hair and add some golden espresso tones. Everyone was very nice, and the process was super easy! I'd def bring your phone or a book as it takes ~45 minutes for the color to set. Everything was very clean and spaced out. Came here for a free full head dye from yelp event! Very clean and friendly, fun staff! The place is very bright and new. Pretty quick (under 2 hrs) in and out for an all over dye, wash and style. I was really unsure of what color to do and they eventually convinced me into a deep red. After seeing the results it was definitely the wrong choice for me! They have wall of colors but you can't really customize them. Great membership option for roots if you need them touched up more than once a month.

Upon arriving I was greeted by friendly staff and waited for my colorist to sanitize the station. Temperature checks and hand sanitizer was made available. Everything is clean and brand new. All of the staff were very nice and polite. My colorist went over color options with me along with many different ways to maintain my color as well as the app to mail service for do it at home. I tried out Madison Reed for the first time today. I never really go to Westport so I was nervous I was going to be late due to the lack of parking. Surprise! There are a TON of free parking spots behind the building, no need to park on the street. Upon arrival, I was greeted in a beautiful atmosphere.
