I met a few of my friends here to use the golf simulator in the middle of the summer on a perfectly sunny day! They might have been understaffed for that reason but the service was somewhat slow but. There are 2 golf simulators that are pretty nice. The restaurant itself looked very spacious with many booths and tables available. The menu was pretty extensive and the food was ok. I got a burger with fries and it wasn't great but it wasn't terrible either. I would recommend this place to go with friends, not on a date.
Food is descent but service is always bad it's not that the people don't try they do they are just not super knowledgeable and lack common sense server skills which I think falls on management. It's a good spot if you don't know what you're in the mood for because they have everything possible on the menu
Food was okay. Service was slow. Nothing too fancy here. It's like a less known "Applebees" with food and style. It wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. About as middle of the road as you can get. They DO have a huge menu! There is definitely something for everyone
Omg! So first of all this was our first time here and it did not disappoint! All seating here are booths. Loved the red booths. Servers were very friendly and quick. Food was AMAZING! I got the spinach and artichoke dip which is huge cake with veggies to dip garlic bread and home made potato chips-YUMM! My husband got a California roll which I've never seen done this way. Would've been better if my burger was cooked to the way I asked. Tasted good though. Service was a bit slow, don't know if they're understaffed or what. If I were local I'd probably give it another shot.
Place is really cool inside and the bar is set up nicely with all the screens you could want to watch your favorite game. Went in on Sunday 6:00 pm asked for a beer that took easily 10 minutes to sip on. I was in full view of two bartenders, who made a drink and chatted, poured a beer then chatted.... Unacceptable Behavior from Manager Alana - Needs to Be Addressed! This review is specific to a shocking experience at the Brookfield, CT location due to the behavior of a manager named Alana. When a call was made to report that the wrong pickup order had been taken, her immediate response was, "That's not my problem, you should have checked your order." After having a bad experience 2 months ago I swore I would not go back here but my daughter wanted to go, and this time was worse than the last. The service and food has gone down hill big time. My wife ordered a salad with grilled chicken and dressing on the side. Of course it came out drenched in dressing. They said they would get her a new one which took 25 minutes, my daughter and I finished our meals before her salad came back and this time it had cheese on it which my wife asked the first time cause she can't eat dairy... read more
