went in last night for dinner and it was not a happy experience. My waiter got my drink order wrong twice - how hard is it to get a vodka on the rocks drink order wrong. First it came with soda and then it came without ice! Mother's Day and was told a total of 4 times 11/2 seating was applied to table. Service was awful. The server bought out 1/2 meals and took another 20 min to bring out the rest. My recommendation is if you are a mother and are going here to experience a special day don't go here.

One star for poor service. Food was good, ambiance great. We moved from outdoors to the bar inside. I know jerk move. It was a nice day that turned cold fast. The bar was not full, there was plenty of room for our three persons. We settled up with our server to avoid any confusion. The service has gone way down hill here. Service sucks! Seated with sticky gross menus and we waited for a server to at least ask us if we wanted drinks. We waited 15 minutes and walked out. On our way out we stopped at the front kiosk and told someone about the bad service and told them we would never be coming back. They just shrugged their shoulders like they could care less. Take my advise avoid this place at all costs!!!

Horrible food quality! My family of 6 took my elderly mom here because we heard that it had been remodeled. My son's ordered chicken sandwich, they all said they were awful. My husband ordered a hamburger that was over cooked and like a hockey puck. I ordered a Corned beef sandwich that was extremely fatty and hard chunks of meat. The Nachos were even tasteless meat on chips. We all ended up getting McDonald's when we left hungry. I won't be going back again

Had the opportunity to visit Maggie McFly's in Brookfield today for the first time - and will not be returning. I have always wanted to visit this restaurant and was glad to have the opportunity to try it today - but the food was disappointing. I tried the Pilgrim sandwich which turned out to be 2 slices of turkey on toast (menu says it is brioche), with a thin spread of cranberry sauce on the bread, and some sort of "stuffing" that was maybe apples & cranberry halves - overall disappointing and not worth the $15+ price. Food is good. Service could improve. I think the young bartenders could benefit significantly from bartending training. The bartender doing the training needs training. Pouring a beer the correct way is a good start, we watched all 3 bartenders pour beer the wrong way resulting in beer get dumped out. We rented the golf simulator area for a surprise party. When we arrived there was still a party in the room. No tables had been bussed and the waitress was unsure how to get them out. The room which we reserved for 3 hours was not set up as promised, tables were a mess, trash on the floor. Ordered takeout for the first tine. Online ordering was a bit confusing with multiple options including "XT S.O.S." whatever that might be.
