Good food. Great atmosphere. Service is slow. Server ignored us basically. Very crowded. I had to flag down the waitress to get ketchup as the one on the table was empty. Then again when we needed more to drink. Overall. Rating was marginally satisfactory. Very expensive as well

The golf simulator is cool, beside that the food is average and service is VERY slow ESPECIALLY if you're doing the golf simulator. They had one very cool drink called babies dream house that was amazing. Waiter was very apologetic about the slow service. Wouldn't come here if it weren't for the golf thing

I wasnt really taken with this place.. things were up and down from the start. Someone in my group called DAYS in advance to make a reservation, the hostess accepted, get there and they magically dont take reservations..? Ok. Now to wait for our table. We are put in a back room with a server who was clearly overwhelmed with no help. Had to ask several times for water AND water glasses. The menu is wayyyyy too big and doing the most. Idk. I think they need to fix some things.

Maggie's has a menu the size of a phone book, which is nice but also very time consuming to comb through. Our party of four was celebrating a birthday and I was disappointed in the time it took to get out food and the lack of attention to detail from the staff. I'd say never order the Lamb Gyro and never expect the honey mustard to actually contain honey or mustard. The manager was inattentive and left the wait staff out to dry. Maggie McFly's is spacious with a nice atmosphere, but the food and service are both lacking. Our server was scarce, and, even though more tables were empty than full, we hardly saw her. One person's water was served in dirty glass with food encrusted on it. Both food and drink service were extremely slow, and when the food came.... Burgers were not cooked as ordered, and the Crab Hash was much more of a potato hash with just some flecks of crab in it, with the eggs also not cooked as ordered. In response to the management reply I got. We would've loved to inform the server or manager if either one ever came by, which they didn't.

Haven't been here in a year...needless to say I'm not in a rush to go back! Sat down for lunch with my parents and there were two nasty plates on the table! TWO! It would be impossible for nobody to notice this! I'd hate to see the state of their kitchen if this is how tables were/are reset! I am done with every Maggie's establishment, and I recommend you be as well!

I had a very disappointing experience at Maggie McFly's in Brookfield. The remodel is nice and the service was fine, however, the meal was very disappointing. I ordered scallop tacos, which were supposed to be served with chili sauce and bacon. The tortillas were not warmed, the scallops were slathered in chili sauce, making it impossible to taste the scallop, and, rather than bacon, there was uncooked meat which looked like ham on top. I just went there tonight with my husband. I've not been to a Maggie McFly's in years, now I remember why. The food was mediocre at best. I had the lamb gyro with fries; The lamb was so dry I thought I was eating the skin of the lamb. The lamb was so tough and chewy, and the gyro is more lettuce than anything else. I think they had that meat seating there all day it was like jerky meat. The fries were stale and the iced tea was watered down.
