Haven't been here in a year...needless to say I'm not in a rush to go back! Sat down for lunch with my parents and there were two nasty plates on the table! TWO! It would be impossible for nobody to notice this! I'd hate to see the state of their kitchen if this is how tables were/are reset! I am done with every Maggie's establishment, and I recommend you be as well!

I had a very disappointing experience at Maggie McFly's in Brookfield. The remodel is nice and the service was fine, however, the meal was very disappointing. I ordered scallop tacos, which were supposed to be served with chili sauce and bacon. The tortillas were not warmed, the scallops were slathered in chili sauce, making it impossible to taste the scallop, and, rather than bacon, there was uncooked meat which looked like ham on top. I just went there tonight with my husband. I've not been to a Maggie McFly's in years, now I remember why. The food was mediocre at best. I had the lamb gyro with fries; The lamb was so dry I thought I was eating the skin of the lamb. The lamb was so tough and chewy, and the gyro is more lettuce than anything else. Wow what a difference, I posted a great review of two visits to the restaurant. This time it was my wife's Birthday and I wish we went somewhere else. We ordered takeout, We got the Ahi tuna nacho appetizer, the Ahi Tuna meal and the seafood casserole and a side of french fries. When I got home we realized we were missing an item. I hate to do this to a restaurant but it needs to be done. Horrible service and mismanaged. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. They were obviously short staffed and didn't realize it and it is very mismanaged. We asked to be seated inside and the hostess sat us at a bar high top table right next to a huge opened sliding door, frustrating because we got very cold. Maggie McFly's Middlebury location was always my favorite place. Went to Brookfield last night.. absolutely TERRIBLE! My fiancé never complains, & will never go back there. Service was absolutely horrible. Server was extremely lazy (couldn't even find her for a long time & didn't check on us).. & she had a huge attitude. I've eaten at Maggie's before, at a couple of locations and love the Thai lettuce wraps. We went to the Middlebury location. I was really looking forward to supporting them during this weird time. Whether ordering in the restaurant or on the phone for pickup, there is always a portion of the order missing or incorrect. When dining in, expect to wait a long time for your food even when not crowded. Too many other local restaurants to choose from; don't waste your time.
I ate at Maggie Mc'Fly's last night. Hands down the WORST dining experience of my life. I am newly engaged, and was celebrating with my newly announced bridesmaids.
