Wow what a difference, I posted a great review of two visits to the restaurant. This time it was my wife's Birthday and I wish we went somewhere else. We ordered takeout, We got the Ahi tuna nacho appetizer, the Ahi Tuna meal and the seafood casserole and a side of french fries. When I got home we realized we were missing an item. I hate to do this to a restaurant but it needs to be done. Horrible service and mismanaged. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. They were obviously short staffed and didn't realize it and it is very mismanaged. We asked to be seated inside and the hostess sat us at a bar high top table right next to a huge opened sliding door, frustrating because we got very cold. Maggie McFly's Middlebury location was always my favorite place. Went to Brookfield last night.. absolutely TERRIBLE! My fiancé never complains, & will never go back there. Service was absolutely horrible. Server was extremely lazy (couldn't even find her for a long time & didn't check on us).. & she had a huge attitude. I've eaten at Maggie's before, at a couple of locations and love the Thai lettuce wraps. We went to the Middlebury location. I was really looking forward to supporting them during this weird time. My BF and I arrived at approximately 2:00 on a Sunday and observed that they were pretty busy, but had outdoor seating set up. Whether ordering in the restaurant or on the phone for pickup, there is always a portion of the order missing or incorrect. When dining in, expect to wait a long time for your food even when not crowded. Too many other local restaurants to choose from; don't waste your time.
I ate at Maggie Mc'Fly's last night. Hands down the WORST dining experience of my life. I am newly engaged, and was celebrating with my newly announced bridesmaids. My family and I went to celebrate my wife's birthday. We called ahead and reserved one of the golf simulators, the plan was to have a few appetizers and drinks while using the golf simulator. The service was good, waitresses were attentive and the food came out hot. My daughters were disappointed that the cup cake featured on "Cupcake Wars" was not available. My wife has a gluten sensitivity. She ordered GLUTEN FREE pasta with lobster Mac n cheese.. she got REGULAR pasta with NO lobster.. we won't send food back, we do t like the taste of spit and your establishment reminds me of the spit and snot type... if you can't hire competent staff, we won't back. It's not rocket science, just because you ran out of gluten free pasta doesn't mean you can substitute regular pasta.. my wife had heartburn and worse all night. The owner owes an apology. Still no apology.

Hi Brandon, The manager on duty personally made the Gluten Free Lobster Mac and Cheese you are referring to. We know this because it was the only one that went out. It was made with gluten free pasta, as we take dietary restrictions extremely seriously. We do not make a full portion mac and cheese that does not come with lobster. It must have been enjoyable, seeing as you had your server wrap it for you for you to take it home. Enjoy your day.
I used DoorDash to place my order - but this wasn't doordash's mistake. I placed an order, for my husband my kids and myself (7 months pregnant with twins) so we are limited to driving out which is why we like DoorDash.
